Job Description

  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters.
    • Conduct workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law regarding visa processing and employment contracts.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management & Development:
    • Implement performance management systems and conduct performance appraisals.
    • Identify training and development needs and implement training programs.
    • Manage employee career development and succession planning.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS):
    • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
    • Generate HR reports and analytics.

???????Administration:

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.  
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • PRO Services:
    • Manage PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities, including visa processing, labor permits, and government relations.
    • Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with government authorities.
  • Administrative Policies & Procedures:
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
    • Ensure efficient record-keeping and document management.
    • Manage company legal documents.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of progressive HR and administration experience, Min 2 yrs UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of India/UAE labor law and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of India/ UAE government procedures.
