Job Description

• Project Management:
  • Overseeing all phases of civil construction projects.
  • Developing and managing project schedules and its implementation.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements as per Indian / UAE govt.
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse blueprints, drawings, and specifications and calculate quantities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of soil mechanics, structural engineering, and site development.
  • Cost Analysis & Billing knowledge a must.
• Site Management:
  • Supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making to address on-site challenges.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Leading team meetings and providing clear direction.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensuring that all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards as per Indian / UAE govt.
